• We hired East Coast Construction to rehab our two properties in Ocean City. The first is a townhouse in which they gutted two bathrooms and created a brand new full bath, as well as installing windows, doors, flooring amongst other things. For the condo, which we bought in foreclosure, the work was even more substantial. We have been extremely pleased, not only with their professionalism and attention to detail, but also with their consideration for our budget. An example is when installing the new bathroom in the basement level of our townhouse, they discovered that most of the floor was rotted and needed to be replaced. Rather than using this as a "change order and gauge the customer" opportunity, they simply charged us for the cost of materials and a very modest labor charge. This is what will keep us coming back the them.

• The East Coast Construction Crew is TOP NOTCH! These guys know how to get the job done. They show up on time and they HUSTLE! The crew is so friendly and courteous. I had my entire house painted and new floors installed. They had the whole house painted in 2 days and the floors complete in 2 days. Chris stopped in frequently to check progress and always kept in touch with me to make sure everything was covered. They really went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank them enough! I am ready to hire them again!

• I recently had two jobs completed by East Coast Construction. One was the replacement of our deck railings and the construction of new front steps. The work team arrived on time and stayed past 5pm to finish that project. I could not be happier with their work. The second project was a bath remodel. From start to finish my construction manager handled all details making the process easier for me, (picking up my vanity and other purchases at Home Depot, etc). I wish I had a before picture but I assure you everything had to be demo'ed. I love my new bath and I am very thankful to East Coast for the work they did. Besides just doing a fantastic job they completed the work by the holiday and earlier than I expected.

• We contracted East Coast Construction to demolish an adjoining wall and construct a new dining room area in our home. Chris Kavanagh and his crew were very professional and did a fantastic job! They were very thorough and worked with us on every detail of the project. The quality of work was outstanding! We were so happy with their work that we added onto the project – additionally, they installed new flooring in the bedrooms, living room & foyer, added cabinetry to the dining room, painted the walls & ceilings in the living room, foyer & kitchen, constructed a TV component shelf and installed a TV above the fireplace, etc. The crew was very friendly & trust worthy. We left for work every day knowing we did not have to worry about anything and they were doing a fantastic job. They were very responsive to our needs and kept us informed with their progress.
