Dining Room Renovation in Ocean Pines, Maryland

We just wrapped up another home renovation in Ocean Pines. This project started out as dining room renovation project that turned into something much more. Initially, the owners wanted to improve their dining area by removing a wall between their dining and living room. We removed the wall, replaced the small windows located in their dining area with larger Atrium windows to increase the natural lighting. We installed Wolf cabinets to construct a dry bar area and offer more storage.

After seeing the progress, they decided it was time to update more areas in their home. We installed new laminate flooring in the bedrooms, living room and foyer. They chose our new Fusion Flooring which features Permacore technology. This flooring is GREENGUARD certified, so it makes the perfect eco-conscious choice! It does not contract or expand, and it even resists spills making clean up and maintenance simple!

We gave them a fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceilings in the living room, foyer and kitchen. And to put the finishing touches on their project, we constructed a TV component shelf as well as installed their TV above the fireplace. We hope they enjoy their new space for many years to come.
