Home Renovation in Ocean Pines, Maryland

The summer of 2018 was busy. Another home located in Ocean Pines was outfitted with updated features in every room of the house! This property was our second full house renovation of the season. This home features new kitchen cabinets, new tile backsplash, new flooring, fresh paint and more. Storage capabilities in this home were increased by relocating the hot water heater from the upstairs master bedroom to the garage.

The outdoor living spaces feature a new deck complete with Wolf Perspective Decking in Potomac Grey and Shoreline railings. This decking provides industrial strength and performance thanks to Wolf’s proprietary Fiber Sequencing which provides strength from the core. The shutters on the home were replaced and the doors were painted to match. The black provides a nice contrasting color scheme.

The Wolf kitchen cabinets were supplied by our certified Wolfer dealer contact, Lansing. Wolf Classic cabinets are hand-crafted, combining generations of woodworking expertise with today’s latest manufacturing technologies. Solid hardwood components and a state-of-the-art finishing system produce a consistently beautiful and long-lasting appearance. They feature soft close doors and drawers. The drawers are comprised of solid wood, dovetail construction. That’s why Wolf is our go-to cabinets! The MSI Dal tile backsplash, in white subway tile, provides a cheerful backdrop to the cabinets to aide the open, airy feel.

The bathrooms were a complete gut and renovation. Bathrooms were outfitted with new tile, new tubs, new shower doors and fixtures from Kohler. New paint, mirrors, cabinets, and countertops put the finishing touches on each space.
